* All rabbits must be up to date with their vaccinations against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease VHD.

They also need a vaccine against VHD2 and there will need to be a 2 week gap in between vaccinations.

Please bring the vaccination card with you when you drop off your rabbit as we require proof of vaccinations before boarding.


MYX/VHD Nobivac every 12 months

VHD2 Filavac every 12 months or Eravac every 12 months.


*Your pet will not mix with other boarders (to minimize risk of infection) except for its own family and will be health checked daily. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD), fly strike, mites or any other common disease.


*Your pet should be in good health on arrival, we will check your pet’s health and we reserve the right to turn away a sick pet.


*Payment due on day of arrival, cash only, Rhi-treat may have to take payment by bank transfer a few days before arrival if there is any unforeseen circumstances in which we cannot accept cash.


*If your pet becomes sick in our care, we will attend our vets or yours. We always try and make contact first. If we can't make contact we will make the decision to take the pet to the vets.


*By signing this form you agree to pay any vet fees incurred whilst your animal is with us.


*Please ensure that your pet’s flea treatment is up to date.


*Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to boarding and will be taken into account, veterinary advice may be sought and you must provide this information on the booking form.


*If your pet is not collected within 10 days of the agreed collection date and you have not contacted us to inform us differently and we are unable to get in touch with you , we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed and legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees and any re-homing costs.


*Your pet will receive fresh food daily, if there are any dietary requirements please disclose this information with us.


*All pets should arrive in a suitable pet carrier.


*All boarders will be kept indoors, especially overnight, unless when using the runs.


* All boarders using the runs will be supervised at all times and will not mix with any other boarders.


*Accommodation will be checked daily and appropriate cleaning and replacements of bedding materials and facilities carried out.


*If your pet has been ill within the previous 30 days, you will be required to obtain a clean bill of health from your veterinary practitioner before boarding with us.


*Sadly small animals can pass away with no warning or quickly despite receiving medical treatment after showing signs of illness. Should this happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. Rhi-Treat does not accept liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.We do not refund for any unused boarding fees and you will still be liable for any veterinary fees incurred, including cremation if needed.


*All pet owners must accept that accident, injury, illness, death, theft, public liability and all other insurances for the pet owner and their animal whilst visiting and boarding with us, are the responsibility of the pet owner and that Rhi-Treat small animal boarding are released of any and all such liabilities.


*Cages for hamsters, gerbil, mice,rats and birds will need to be provided by you.


* We do ask that you bring your pets own dry food as changing food can upset them.Please make sure you are bringing a new bag of dry food each visit, no plastic containers or measuring food out, you can put down the amount they have on the booking form.


*Any Viewings by appointment only.


*Rhi-Treat will take no responsibility of any pet pregnancy as all our animals are kept separate unless otherwise stated by you.


* You should be made aware that there are currently no licencing requirements for small animal boarding from the local authority; however we do observe and adhere to the Animal Boarding Establishments act 1963.



* Any special offers can be withdrawn by Rhi-Treat at any time without notice.


* Drop off and pick up times will be weekdays 9- 11 mornings, 4-5.30 afternoons.

Weekends will be 10 – 12 mornings and 4-5.30 afternoons, anybody who will drop-off or

pick-up out of the hours will be charged an extra day.


*Any visits that will need to be made to the vets while staying at Rhi-treat will be charged £10.00 for our time taking the animal to the vets and for petrol.


*Any vets bill will need to be paid by you, if not paid legal action will be taken.


*If dry food is forgotten and we are needed to pick some up, customers will be charged the price of the food and £5.00 petrol.


*All deposits are non-refundable


*When making a booking make sure you have the right dates, any days taken off will not be given back and still will need to be paid in full on arrival day, please remember Rhi-treat could be turning people away for no reason if you are taking days off, adding days on can only be done if there is space.


*If you decide to pick up earlier than the date given regardless of the reason no payment will be given back.


*Any bookings made will require a £20.00 non-refundable deposit excluding bookings that are less than this amount.


*If customers do not comply with the terms and conditions, Rhi-treat will not be able to take your pet.
